A totally unique three-layered breast prosthesis that combines silicone gel, polyurethane beads and a hypoallergenic fabric backing that combines all of the desired features into one breast form:  light weight, superior breathe-ability, durability and comfort.

COMFORT-LITE forms provide maximum individualized contouring and shaping flexibility after mastectomies, lumpectomies and breast reconstruction.  Also helps to minimize the affect of hypoplasia irregularities, uneven or underdeveloped breasts.  Especially suited for wear during physical activity. Approximately 60% lighter than our standard weight breast forms.  Available in sizes 5-11 (32D-50A)

FABU-FORM

Polyurethane Micro-Beads are encased in a hypo-allergenic, breathable fabric shell. Weighs less than one ounce and still provides contouring shape to areas of the breast removed during surgery.
An innovative solution for use immediately after surgery while waiting to progress to a more permanent solution to post-mastectomy breast enhancement needs.   Fabu-Form Microbeads comes packaged in a convenient, lightweight see-through storage case and is available in the popular triangle shape in sizes 1-14.

FABU-FORM PUFF

An excellent alternative to women’s needs immediately after surgery.  It can be worn by all figure types and sizes and is ideally suited to the contouring needs of those with irregularities and scar sensitivity, as well as after mastectomy, lumpectomy and reconstructions surgeries.  Comes with a bag of poly-fil to allow the patient to add as much or as little shape and support as they desire.  Triangle shape available in sizes
