TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PAYMENT TERMS – Standard payment terms are Net 30 days for customers with approved credit, following the submission of a Business Credit Application and subsequent approval. Orders from customers without approved credit will require a credit card, company check or money order. Interest shall apply to any amounts not paid by the due date in an amount equal to the lesser of: (a) 12% per annum or (b) the highest rate allowed by applicable law. Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax. Any deductions from invoices must reference an applicable Regency International Marketing Credit Memo.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. We do not
process credit card orders on any internet website, therefore, we must have a completed Credit Card Authorization
form on file before any credit card orders may be processed. All credit card information will be verified with the issuing bank before any credit card transactions are processed.
SHIPPING - Subject to inventory availability and unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation, orders are shipped Fedex Ground after order approval. Free shipping is available to all locations in the continental United States on approved orders of $500.00 or more (which may change with or without notice). Shipping charges for orders less than $500.00 will be based on applicable Fedex Ground rates from Las Vegas, NV. Orders less than $500.00 will also be subject to a $7.50 order processing fee. Shipping charges for orders outside of the continental United States are subject to negotiation on an individual customer basis.
CANCELLATIONS - Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of original order date.
SAMPLES - Requests for samples will be invoiced at our standard dealer price, minus a 25% discount. A credit equal to 75% of the dealer price will be issued to the customer’s account upon receipt and acceptance of an approved order with total net purchases of $500.00. Only one sample per customer account allowed.
LIMITED WARRANTY - All Silique™ products come with a limited two year warranty against manufacturing defects. A CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF SUCH DEFECT IS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS SECTION, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND REGENCY INTERNATIONAL MARKETING, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND EACH OF ITS THIRD PERSON MANUFACTURERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER OR NOT IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE (WHETHER OR NOT REGENCY INTERNATIONAL MARKETING KNOWS, HAS REASON TO KNOW, HAS BEEN ADVISED OR IS OTHERWISE, IN FACT, AWARE OF ANY SUCH PURPOSE), WHETHER ALLEGED TO ARISE BY LAW, BY REASON OF A CUSTOMER’S USAGE IN THE TRADE OR BY COURSE OF DEALING.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Subject to the other terms of these terms and conditions, if a consumer is not completely satisfied with their Silique™ product, it may exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase by notifying Regency International Marketing in writing to arrange for an exchange. All requests for returns and exchanges must be approved by Regency International Marketing. Return and exchange cartons must include a Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the carton to insure proper credit. Returned cartons without an approved RA number will be returned to the sender at their expense. Silique™ products must be in the original box and in the same condition as they were originally shipped. Due to health reasons, any Silique™ product that has been worn will not be approved for return or exchange. Returns due to manufacturing defect will be credited to accounts, minus the original shipping cost. Specially ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
GOVERNING LAW/VENUE -These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the law of the State of Nevada, United States of America except that the conflicts of law principles of the State of Nevada shall not apply so as to make the law of another jurisdiction applicable. Each Party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts situated in Clark County, Nevada, United States of America and any claim shall be brought only in the state and/or federal courts situated in Clark County, Nevada.

WEBSITE USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
Regency International Marketing, LLC (“Regency”) is dedicated to providing an informative and useful website on and through the domain name: www.regencyinternationalmarketing.com, and other domain names designated by Regency from time to time (“Websites”). As a part of the operation of the Websites, Regency may gather certain information about users. This Privacy Policy applies to the Websites and governs data collection and usage at the Websites. Prior to registering for any product purchases and/or other online service enabled through the Websites (“Online Service”) or entering any of the Websites’ contests, sweepstakes or promotions (“Promotions”), you are required to read and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, your use of the Websites constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Websites.
DATA COLLECTION -Two types of data may be collected: (a) personal data, such as names, company names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, credit cards, financial institution account information, age, gender, income, and product and service preferences (“Personal Data”); and (b) non-personal aggregate or traffic data, such as your IP address, which web pages are being visited, the order in which the web pages are being visited, which hyperlinks are being “clicked”, how many users are visiting the Websites, domain server, type of computer and type of web browser (“Traffic Data”) (together, “Collected Data”).
Please do not disclose any information that relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health or condition (including your receipt of health care or related payments for health care) and identifies you or there is a reasonable basis to believe that such health information can be used to identify you (“Identifiable Health Information”). If Identifiable Health Information is disclosed to Regency or if any Collected Data may also be considered Identifiable Health Information, you consent to the use of such information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
COLLECTION AND USAGE – Personal Data is gathered when users provide Personal Data to or through the Websites, for example, when requesting registration to or using the Online Service, registering for Promotions, answering surveys, or registering for email or other services.
Traffic Data is tracked and gathered when you and other users visit the Websites. While gathering Traffic Data may not collect Personal Data, it may provide information on the geographical location from which users access the site. This Traffic Data generally does not identify individual users. Instead, the Traffic Data identifies Websites users as a whole, including demographic information, preferences in content and advertising, quality of service, and web traffic patterns.
Names and other Collected Data may be released to affiliated (by contract, equity or otherwise) persons and/or entities of Regency (including, without limitation, strategic alliances and advertising affiliated persons and/or entities). For instance, Personal Data may be used to: (1) send you information about Regency and our Online Service, Promotions, products, services, offers and/or upcoming events; (2) send you information about affiliated persons’ and/or entities’ related products and services, (3) conduct surveys about your opinion of Regency, its staff, performance or services or the Websites, (4) verify your qualifications for certain Promotions, Online Services, products and other services and to bill you for any such products and services; and (5) customize and tailor your experience on the Websites by displaying content that we think you might be interested in according to your preferences. You consent to the release of your Collected Data to the affiliated persons and/or entities of Regency.
Names and other Collected Data may also be released to any non-affiliated persons and/or entities directly associated with your instructions, requests, reservations and/or registrations for an Online Service, Promotion, products and/or services provided by such non-affiliated persons and/or entities (including, without limitation, customer support, information technology support, credit card processing and processing and personal profile services) when the transfer of such Personal Data is necessary to provide you with such products and/or services. By instructing, requesting, reserving and/or registering for such products and/or services through the Websites from such non-affiliated person and/or entity, you consent to the release of your Personal Data to such non-affiliated person and/or entity. Regency shall use reasonable efforts to provide the non-affiliated persons and/or entities access only to the Personal Data necessary to assist in responding to instructions and requests and completing reservations and/or registrations for such products and/or services and cause such non-affiliated persons and/or entities to use your Personal Data for these limited purposes.
In the event that Regency sells, buys, merges or otherwise reorganizes, all or a controlling part of, Regency’ assets and/or equity, your Collected Data may be released, transferred, sold or otherwise conveyed (“Conveyed”) to prospective or actual buyers, sellers or persons and/or entities merging with Regency. You consent to any and all such Conveyances of your Collected Data.
The names of Promotion winners and participants may be used in connection with Promotions. Names and other Collected Data may also be released to the sponsors of Promotions for the sponsors’ use in connection with the Promotion. By entering a Promotion, you consent to the release of your Collected Data to the Promotion sponsor or as otherwise allowed in accordance with the Promotion rules.
Please note that chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups may be available through the Websites. Any information disclosed in these areas is or may be deemed to be public information and you must exercise caution and discretion when deciding to disclose personal and non-personal information.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose Personal Data or personally sensitive data through your home page, linked sites, or other public forums, this information may be collected and used by others. Regency encourages all users to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link from the Websites so that you understand how those websites collect, use and share information about you and/or your computer. Regency is not responsible for the data collection, data usage, privacy statements or content on other websites.
Other than identified in this Privacy Policy, Regency generally does not disclose any user information to third parties. However, Regency will disclose Personal Data, Traffic Data or non-personal data, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Regency; (b) protect and defend rights or property; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the Websites’ users, Regency employees or the public.
OPT OUT – In the event that Regency wishes to transfer or release your Personal Data to a third person in a manner not set forth in this Privacy Policy, Regency shall inform you prior to such transfer or release and provide you with the ability to opt out of such transfer or release of Personal Data.
COOKIES – The Websites may place small files, called ‘cookies’ onto your computer. Cookies are data files that websites write onto computer hard drives for record keeping purposes when you visit them. The cookie file then identifies you as a unique user. As a convenience feature, cookies simplify the process. of recording personal information, so that, for example, users do not have to enter names, addresses or passwords repetitively. Cookies also allow users or Regency to customize some sites features.
You can program your browser not to accept cookies, but if you do, you may be unable to access some parts of the Websites, and the Websites will not be able to customize features according to certain preferences.
While on the Websites, you may receive cookies from third party advertisers or Promotional entities. These cookies are outside the control of Regency, are not subject to the Privacy Policy, and Regency is not responsible for such third party cookies.
MEASURES TO SAFEGUARD CHILDREN – Regency encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be fully familiar with the sites visited by their children. At various places on the Websites, Regency may ask users whether they are under the age of 18. Regency relies on users to be truthful in responding to these questions.
Regency does not intentionally gather or solicit Personal Data from or about children under 18 years of age. A parent or guardian whose child provided Personal Data to Regency without the parent’s or guardian’s consent should immediately notify Regency of such disclosure in writing to the contact provided below. Regency, upon receipt of such written notice, shall take reasonable measures to remove such disclosed information from Regency’s database.
SECURITY - Regency has implemented security measures to help protect your Personal Data. For example, Regency stores Personal Data on secured servers and transmits Personal Data through secure and encrypted channels. Although Regency has implemented such security measures to help protect your Personal Data, your Personal Data may still be accessed, altered, disclosed and/or otherwise used in an unauthorized manner and as such, Regency is not responsible if such unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and/or other uses occur.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY – Regency will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and user feedback, or changes in applicable law. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how Regency utilizes or discloses user information. Your continued use of the Websites constitutes your consent to any and all such changes.
GOVERNING LAWS/CLAIMS – This Privacy Policy, the Websites, and any claim associated with, related to, or arising from the Privacy Policy and/or Websites are governed by Nevada law. Any claim associated with, relating to, or arising from this Privacy Policy or the Websites shall be brought in a federal or state court in Las Vegas, Nevada within one year after the claim arises. Users of the Websites consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this Privacy Policy. The Websites are controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. Use of the Websites from locations outside the United States where these practices are illegal or violate any law is prohibited.
